The project operates in the Dosso and Zinder Regions and has 2 components: The Field Action Component implemented through 7 field projects led and managed by NGOs and the Technical Assistance Component at MESU/DD and CNEDD. Financial management is provided by Technical Assistance (ICRISAT).
