The Ministry of Public Health of Niger intends to use E-HEALTH services in order to contribute to the improvement of the functioning and performance of the health system as a whole. This ambition is the result of a political vision at the highest level, expressed in the Niger 2.0 strategy, led by ANSI, to make the most of the use of ICTs in the country and particularly in rural and isolated areas.
