Fishing consists either in looking for, pursuing, trapping, catching or destroying fish, crustaceans, molluscs or algae living in a state of freedom in the waters of the public domain, of natural or artificial origin, as defined by Ordinance No. 93-014 of 02 March 1993, on the Water Regime.
